If you don’t have the 6 minutes, then just realize that - YouTube at it’s core. Is about the viewer. It’s about making the MOST enjoyable experience for them. So if your video isn’t taking off. It’s because it’s not the most enjoyable experience for them.

Here’s another example of the text being too small, unreadable, and in some spaces - too creative
I need to know why I should click. And this doesn’t show me. This tells me that random text may attack me while I’m trying to ride my motorcycle.

Notice too how the title doesn’t replicate what’s in the thumbnail, it compliments it.
This opens up some curiosity gaps like “what’s it like to go alone?” “Why should I?” and what ARE the benefits of solo motorcycle travel?”

2.) Slow Ventures is a group of investors that is putting together a fund for creators that are ‘entrepreneurial’ in nature. After reading the article, there’s a little bit more expansion on that but the takeaway is that despite the name Slow Ventures is the first… they won’t be the last.

3.) What this means for you - In the early days of Hollywood people would have samples of their work, as a means to show potential investors what they were capable. More and more your channel can become a means of an online portfolio to potential investors.
