TLDR: - There’s a few settings when you upload you might want to change - stop hiding information in your thumbnail, don’t try to be who you’re not, and maybe it’s worth expanding your horizons (yes that’s all vague on purpose - read the letter lol)

You could be doing a lot right, and forgetting to turn on certain settings when you upload a video.

I tell people this all the time, but you HAVE to think about that little time stamp. It’s covering up vital information in this thumbnail.
But also let’s examine it what’s going on:
Look at how there is too much replication in the thumbnail, and gain in the title. You don’t want that. The text should (almost) always be different in the thumbnail and title.
You could probably get rid of that golden tag of words, and see better performance.
